Message from the IU IEEC Director
Welcome to the Inoorero University, Institute of Executive Education and Consultancy (IU IEEC). The IU IEEC was established in April 2010 to meet the needs of its business partners through programs characterized by applied learning and problem solving methods. Just as the global business climate continues to evolve, so does demand for visionary and outstanding leaders with the potential to transform business organizations into competitive entities. We set out to develop them in praxis.
To help us doing this, IU IEEC faculty is recruited from among informed, authoritative and renowned scholars and business executives in every field of business. Our offerings include:
- An Executive MBA
- Executive programs in management and leadership
- Short functional skill programs
- In-house programs
- Tailor made programs
The flagship of these programs is the Executive MBA offered in collaboration with Copenhagen Business School Centre for Continuing Education (CBS CCE). The programme is based on experiential learning, an entirely new learning philosophy in Kenya.
Our executive programs in management and leadership cover key themes addressing the needs of business leaders operating in an increasingly international context in Africa.
All our short programs can be adjusted to run as in-house programs, and we also tailor make programs to meet specific needs in collaboration with our customers. Such programs will be based on experiential learning and typically involve real-life assignments prepared in teams. The IU IEEC mantra is impact, to create lasting added value for our customers as a result of the learning process. Those who enroll in our programs can be sure that they are joining a challenging learning environment of high international standards.
